Comns from the retiring Supt respecting 1. Gravel for Cemetery 2. Signs for Avenues & Paths 3. Reservations

communications from the late Superintendent, viz:

(a) Letter of , accompanied by a Plan,
in reference to a supply of gravel for use at the Cemetery.

(b) Letter of , accompanied by Plans,
statements and memoranda, concerning the need of new
signs on various Avenues and Paths.

(c) A Letter of the and one of the ,
calling attention to certain matters connected with the
"reserved spaces" on Reservations at the Cemetery.

Referred to Com. on Grounds. Comn from Supt. respecting Bridge at Auburn Lake & Benches in the Chapel referred to Com. on Grounds.

The foregoing communications having been read and
considered, it was

Voted, – that the same be referred to the Committee on
Grounds.

The following communication from the present
Superintendent
was also submitted by the President; viz:

(d) Letter of , in reference to the need of a new
bridge at Auburn Lake, and to the cost of new benches for
(e) the Chapel

Voted, – that the above communication be referred to
the Committee on Grounds, with full powers.

Comns from the retiring Supt. respecting 1 Extension of Greenhouses 2 Request from J. Fox for Several Permit also Petn from Laura A. Adams; [referred to Com. on Lots]

The President submitted a communication from
the late Superintendent dated , relating to
the extension of the Greenhouses, the same being accompanied
by sundry documents and Plans.

Also a letter addressed to the late Superintendent
by Joseph Fox asking information as to the means of ob-
taining a General Permit to do work in the Cemetery.
