Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots Nos 1780 1781 & 4296.

Halcyon Avenues, belonging to Moses A. Dow, for the
sum of eleven hundred dollars; of Lot No 1780 on
Pilgrim Path belonging to J. Huntington Wolcott for
the sum of eight hundred dollars; and of Lot No 1781
on Pilgrim Path, lately owned by Samuel Frothingham
deceased, for the sum of six hundred dollars, – it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contracts be concurred in
on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz: –

deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Seven hundred & seventeen.
