divdied moiety of all the real estate whereof Joseph Lee
late of Cambridge, died seised & possessed, situated in
Cambridge & Weston, described & set forth in the following
recited deeds.

"A tract of land in Watertown, bounded N^y. on the great

Mr. Stone, & E^y on the lands of Thos. Oliver Esq. containing
about 8 ac. more or less.
