Mr Brimmer presented the subscription papers in
relation to the Statue of the late Judge Story.

Thereupon, (in conformity with the terms of said sub-
scriptions)

Voted that a meeting of the subscribers to said
statue be called at the office of the Secretary of their
Corporation on Tuesday, the
by individual notification from the Secretary.

Trustees - -
(p. 123-) The Secretary presented the following vote as having
been passed unanimously at a meeting of subscribers for the
purpose of procuring a marble statue of the late Joseph
Story
, to be placed in Mount Auburn Chapel - notified
and holden agreeably to the vote of the Trustees passed
in relation thereto at the last meeting viz: -

'Voted that the Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cem-
etery of Mount Auburn be and hereby are appointed a
Committee to carry out the views of the subscribers in this
matter, and in case of any exigency to call another meeting
of the subscribers as they shall see fit.'

Therefore it was
Voted that the Trustees will accept the Commission so
entrusted to them by the subscribers to the fund for the erection
of a marble statue of the late Joseph Story, and
