Dear Sir:-
Your note of Feb. 25th. is received. The fence on lot
#850 has not been removed. It is becoming unsightly and the
lot would be very much improved by removing it.

The fence and all the posts but those at the corners
can be removed, these four rehammered and the number of the lot
cut on one of them without expense to the proprietor except the old
material.

The lot needs to be regraded and sodded and if that were
done in connection with the removal of the fence the expense would
be $45.00 and the old material.
