Dear Madam:

The sum needed for the perpetual care with guaranty
of the lot #2989 including care of sod and cleaning but not the re-
newal of the headstones but without plants will be $300.00 (three
hundred dollars).

If your sister will unite with you the lot can be re-
conveyed to the Corporation in trust for the use of such persons
as may be designated now or by the heirs hereafter according to
an agreement.
