Dear Sir:-

In regard to your inquiry as to the removal of the fence
on your lot. I think it would be very much of an improvement.
The fence and all the granite could be removed, four plain posts
set level with the sod to mark the boundaries, the number of the
lot cut and the whole lot regraded and sodded at an expense of $50.
(fifty dollars) and the old material.
