Charles B. Crockett, Esq.,
Boston, Mass.

Dear Sir:-

Your note to our Treasurer has been forwarded to me to
answer. The care of the lot for which a charge of $4.00 is made
consists of cutting the grass and keeping the lot tidy, which was
regularly done last year. Special repairs to the grass etc. are
not included.

The fence is rusty and the granite curbing under it
is moving out of place. The lot would be very much improved by re-
moving these, removing the border stones on the avenue line, and
resetting the steps lower. If you are out here in the coming of
the Spring, the proposed changes can be explained to you and an
estimate given.

Yours respectfully,
J.W. Lovering Supt.
