Dear sir: Not knowing your name I had to address my letter to you in the way in which I did. My object in this letter is to ask you if you will be kind enough to give me permission to decorate a grave in the lot of the late Isac Brewer on Lavender Path on the It is just a year on the 23rd that a member of their family died.
You will also confer to me a favor to me if you will give me a free

pass in to the cemetery on Sunday, I am busy during the week and therefore have no other time except on that day to go there. My brother is in the Marble business working for Bowker & Torrey on Portland St, Boston.
