if he lives well for his growth and he
must accept it with all its duties -
I mean his present life, in its various
relations of husband father, neighbor and
the duties of those relations are what
will perfect him.

Q. Dr. K. remarked that "he was glad he
had not the responsiblility of being a father."
A. Those who touch life at the most points
are the most blessed.

Q. (by Ned) Does not growth in spiritual things
bring occult knowledge?
A. The things are on entirely different
planes, one is essential, the other is
an intellectual ammusement.

Q. (Ned) But will not spiritual growth
bring the other?
A. It will not in your sense, for the world
you wish to enter is composer of beings
who can teach you nothing and all they
tell you is realy derived and useless
I mean from yourself.
