ON this the 20th day of May 1866, personally appeared before me, L.L. Harp a Justice of the Peace in and for said County, Henry Odoms and Julia Battle residents of said County, both of whom were lately slaves, but now emancipated, and acknowledge that they have cohabited as man and wife for 15 years.
