By His Excellency James Glen Esqr Captain General Governour and
Commander in Chief in and over His Majesty's said Province and Vice
Admiral of the same
To Captain Thomas Harny of the schooner Harramy Judy employed by me
as a Flag of Truce to His Excellency the Governour of Saint Augustine and
Florida
These are to certify and give notice as well to the subjects of His Brittanic as of
their most Christian and Catholic Majesty's that ^Captain^ Thomas Harny of the schooner
Harramy Judy the bearer hereof is employed in the service of this government
and sent with a Flag of Truce to St Augustine with Spanish prisoners to be
exchanged for such of His Brittanic Majesty's subjects as may be prisoners
there
Therefore all persons whatsoever are hereby desired not to
interupt molest or disquiet the said vessel but on the contrary
to give her all possible aid and assistance in the execution of this
[business?] of [carrying?] the Spanish prisoners to St Augustine

Instructions
To Captain Thomas Harny commander of the schooner Harra
my Judy now employed to [covent?] as a Flag of Truce to the Governour
of St. Augustine & Florida
1. You are forthwith to get your schooner in readiness with suitable provision
and other necessarys for the Spanish prisoners which shall be put on board her
pursuant to a list of them annexed hereto
2. You are then to receive on board all the said Spanish prisoners which shall be
delivered up to you here by the Comissary General and proceed without delay to
to St. Augustine
