Upon Certificate made from the Precinct Court of
Pascotanke that Joseph King als Seymor is Dead [begin crossed out text] and
hath made noe [end crossed out text] ^(without) will and it appeareing that Capt
Richard Sanderson Junr: is the principall Creditore
to the decd: these are therefore to Impower the Said Capt
Richard Sanderson Junr: to Enter in and upon
all and Singuler the Goods & Chatteles rights & Credits
of the Said Jos: King als Seymor wherever in this
Governmt to be found and the Same into his possession
to take and a True Inventory thereof appraised
according to Law to returne into the Secreys Office
within one yeare after the Date hereof and all the
Just Debts of the Decd to pay Soe farr as the Said
Estate will extend or amount to and for the Same
to be Accountable when ever thereunto Lawfully
called he haveing given Security for the true performance
