Dear Ellen
The explanation in the
other letter is not right. The
Osteopath Bill originated in the
House and was killed in
the house. The medical bill
was introduced in the Senate
and House both at the same
tine, It was amended in
the House leaving the Osteopaths
just where they are and
sent over to the Senate. These
hearing were only Committee
hearing and were not debated
before the House. The piece
in the Pages is [illegible] The
Medical Bill will go on
with the Amendment while
the Osteopathy bill was killed
