It was very nice of you to write, and I am inclosing a a N.A.V.S. Bulletin for your inspection. I feel very sorry that the N.A.V.S. disagrees with the proposed Bill S.3570. The Rev. Robert A. Russell has been newly made President of that organization after many years of membership. I think possably a letter from you regarding the legal aspects of this Bill might persuade hum to have a new outlook.
