1917 Did 10 houseservants. Daily + I
left in full charge. no operations.
arabian doctor a good. no peace
news. bitter cold.
T1918 Cold, had [LEAD?] was bed. Mother
+ I lived together here, Somerset
She offered me after work. live'd with
family- washed [POILUP?] + bed early
19 Rain- but + very wild [MILD??] weather-
many nice letters from home.
tea at Ritz with Harter- getting
a bit rested up- quite ragged.
