A good day. we all stayed at home. I got dinner. We had turnip salit and butter beans. Josie helped Ben move some tobacco while it was in order. This evening Marvin and family and Kate Harvey and Irvin Harvey come. Mr Dews and Owen and some of the children was here and played croquet. Paul and Earl Bennett come. Paul will stay a while and strip tobacco. I hope that it may stay in order so he can handle it.
