To Robert Halton P[..] Marshall of the Court of Vice Admiralty in the said province in his absence
to Richard [Hillier] Gent Deputy Marshall of said Court Greeting
you are hereby ordered to cite or cause to be cited Anthony Citon John Baptiste^ Chevelon^ to be
appear at the Court house in Wilmington five of the clock in the afternoon thence there
to testify the truth of they & each of them shall know in the seal above mentioned as you will
answer the contrary herein fact not & make due when dated at the Admiralty office in
Wilmington the 19th day of April Ann Dom 1744
