Monday, August 11, 1919

A good day. Ben & Edwin
finished covering the barn this
morning. They commenced to cut
tobacco this evening. They cut for
Mr. Owen. John & Christenia
come back this evening.

Josie got dinner and starched
some clothes. I cut some
cucumbers and gathered
some tomatoes. We canned
some tomatoes this evening.

Josie went to Marvins
this evening. Kate Harvey
was there. I want to see Kate.

The boys are all gone to
Strait Stone tonight.
