Thursday, June 6, 1918

A good day most of the day.
Had a little rain this evening.
Ben and Paul still working
tobacco
. Josie ironed. I got
dinner. I planted some
cucumber and pumpkin
seed.

Josie and Ben went to
Strait Stone this evening and
got some things. Among them
were 4 tin buckets.

Mr Dave Layne and his son [ink smear]
Walter and got a cow [smear]
and calf.

Edna and Franklin are
sick. If anyone wonders why
this page is so blotted, I
went to sleep.
