A good day. We had a good
shower last night and
every one is so glad.
Jim went to the mill
this morning. Had his wheat
cleaned and some corn
ground. He sowed some
turnips and worked on
the trees triming them up.
Ben worked at Eaves's.
I will be glad when he gets
done there. Ben & Jim
has gone to Marvins to
tie tobacco tonight.
Josie ironed all the morning.
I got dinner.
We all went to Marvins
a while this evening.
Carrie was shelling
peas. Josie helped her
while she was there.
Well I am a sleep. Will quit
now.
