Hon^d^ Madam

As it is [begin underline] possible [end underline] we may be detain [page torn off]
by Bussiness over the Sabbath, I enclose Papers sign [page torn off]
by your Son, in case any shou'd be wanted for Publ [page torn off]
ments, which please to ask y^e^ Favor of my Father [page torn off]
filling up, shou'd there be accasion; at the same [page torn off]
presenting our best Duty --

I hope my Indulgent Mama will believe
my Pen directed by the sincerest Gratitude, while
it impresses strong Desires of a Return to participa [page torn off]
the Benefiscence of your Disposition; that altho'
I am surrounded by those Friends which claim
a large share of my grateful attention, for innume-
rable acts of kindness, I look with Impatience
for that Hour which will place me in the
Presence of those Parents who gave Birth to
Him, with whom all my Temporal Happiness
is connected by the [begin underline] strongest [end underline] Ties. --

The Times are indeed distressing! Hundred
of Poor will soon be out of Employ, & so of consequence
[page torn and missing] which even only Nature Requires
