My dear mother
We have two recitations a day; one
with Ms Bowstock and the other with Ms Boy besides
our other work so I shall be plenty busy enough.
Halbert's mother is on here and I believe that he is
going home with her instead of taking the prelim-
inaries for which I am sorry. Two of the boys
have gone from our house and one goes today and
then I will be the only one. It is quite a sat-
isfaction even to direct letters to Newport.
Trowbridge did not graduate as he stuck in one or
more of his studies. I have a little cold in the
head but it does not amt to anything feel well W.W.S..
