of the Philo Mathean to supply the place of
Charles Rich resigned. Voted to purchase doz
glass lamps for the use of the Society & that C
Rich be appointed to purchase the same to assess
& collect a tax to defray the expece of
the same. Voted that hereafter a nomination for
the choice of officer be considered as seporat and
distinct from a motion.-- Adjourned.
