eon Society of Phillips Academy taking into con-
sideration the inconveniance attending the
trifiling performances and transactions of said
society on account of the present small number
and there being no probability of its increasing
have resotred to adjorin until the last friday
eveningof this [?] preceeding the second
Wensdat of febuary and have have thought
to divide the goods articles of the Society among
themselves until that time [?] ourselves
at the same also to deliver lthem u[?] in Case the
Society should be ee constinued under The
bond of the original constitution contained
in the books of said society and will preserve
until them as public property until further
arrangements are made
