Sir, I have the Hon to draw your attention to a letter that apered [sic] in the wild [sic] River times this morning and State most respectfully the remarks there are correct the Blacks a round [sic] atherton [sic] are Self Suporting [sic] plenty of work for them. Those employed by europeans [sic] are Suplied with Clothes and food the ??? for no Government ade [sic].
