Native Police Camp Musgrave, 11.9.97.

Dear Sir,

Herewith enclosed please find a note to me from Mr Jacobson which will explain matters to you. Gostelon tells me they tackled his camp yesterday and again this morning. They have hunted all the cattle and scattered the horses and tell him they purpose forming a camp at the ten Mile. I forward this per Trooper Jack. I send him on the mailman's horse so please see he brings it back again.

Hoping you are fairly well as all here are.

Yours faithfully Wm. Jones.
