Sir, Enclosed we have the honor to hand Bill of Loading of Sundry Stores shipped C/o Theresa & Capt. Kennedy per Moreton Bay on acct. of the Queensland Government, addups, and particulars as at forth. These goods have been insured to his timations We have the honor to be Sir Your Obet. Sevt. Shipped in good order and well conditioned by F. Mangles & Co. in and upon the good Ship called the Theresa whereof Kennedy is, Master for this present Voyage now lying in the port of London and bound for Moreton Bay

Sixty Three Packages Merchandize

being marked and numbered as in the Margin and to be delivered in the like good order and well conditioned at the aforesaid Port of Moreton Bay the Act of God, the Queens Enemies, Fire, all & every other Dangers & Accidents of the Sea, Rivers Navigation of whatever nature & kind soever accepted & unto Order or to ------ Assigns -------- Freight for the said Goods to be paid here SHIP LOST OR NOT LOST ------------ with primage and Average accostomed. In Witness whereof the Master or Purser of the said Ship hath affirmed to 3 Bills of Landing all of this Tenor and Date the one of which Bills being accomplished the other 2 to stand void. Dated in London this 11th day of April 1862 To be taken from alongside the Ship in Moreton Bay at Consignees risk & expence T J Kennedy [Signature]
