ground about Murneys Tower to be used as an adjunct
to the Park; and that the Mayor Communicate also with
the Ontario government asking for a grant of the land
covered with water in front of lots 22 and 23 as afore and
as may be necessary to protect the interests of the City in
the water front of that locality
