My dearest wee Mother

I was very glad to get Nan's kind letter last night & yours this morning. We have wired to Walter asking him to dine to-morrow. I am sending you the 'Gold Road' to day. Tell Nan not to worry abt politics & the uncles.

I do hope Nan's teeth will give her no further trouble. The children are both well & Susie's cold is slowly departing. We will be very glad to see Walter this week-end

Much love to all

Your affectionate son

John
