of War".

The copy which I have is a cheap edition published by Routledge, London, in 1861. But the preface is dated 1858, in which year doubtless the first edition was issued. With kindest regards & every good wish for success in your parliamentary campaign,

Yours Very Sincerely,

Alexander Maclellan.
