I hope to come on Monday the 22nd to take the Chair for you. I may not be able to stay very long, but I should like to do what you suggest & would gladly hear all the lecture if I could. I am hanging

on till the end of the month or thereabouts & shall go away then for a week or a fortnight: otherwise I shall be dead beat
