The weather has got grey & close now, still very warm, but with occasional showers. It is bad weather for one who is not allowed to carry an umbrella. Tell Walter I have got his thing on Robbie & will try to get the 'Times'

I had a pretty hectic day yesterday chiefly at the Admiralty. The King goes to the Fleet, & they wanted me to go with him, but I can't get away
