I shall find your book at home at the end of this week & I am very glad to have it & grateful

to you for sending it: but alas! I cannot say when I shall be able to read it for I can only read so slowly & with such effort that I

can do little more each day than get the main items of news out of the Times & I am almost excluded from pleasure reading unless it be in Braille
