Yesterday was a most amusing day. We drove Dalness Force for the Maharajah of Kutch, & Ian & I, as the two fastest, went out to the far

peaks - a magnificent hill-walk. The stags went wrong, so he did not get one, but it was a most interesting day. This morning is bright & fine, & I am going for my last day's stalking here.

I am very well, but not yet quite free of flatulence. They asked me to unveil the Kirkcaldy High School War Memorial, & also to speak with Edward Grey on Oct 10th, but I have declined both.

I hope you & Nan are well,
