The Austro-Bulgarian Swiss magazine which I mentioned was the "Revue Politique Internationale". We shall be very glad to have the article when you find time to do it.

As to your visit to the United States, we should be very glad if you could arrange to go in the Spring, and we should certainly be willing to pay your expenses. I hope that it will be possible for you to make the arrangements.
