The cabinet secret Francis or Rivvy (I never knew wh this was) not given away by me therefore I do not think this fair - the one - if this is the one meant wh was in the Times was given by Esher to the Times & as I've been accused of this before I w'd rather you did not put it in - I have never in my life let out - or been tempted to let out any secret
