Sir

I am writing to thank you for your great kindness
in forwarding the only coveted gift I possess of
the two Brothers I was so fond of. I have tried
to get something in memory of them, in fact only
recently I wrote the Lawyers asking if there were
any cups left in the Will for me as I was away at
the War and had forgotten the contents of the Will.
But since writing I have had a reply there are no
cups given to servants. So I will conclude my letter
with many thanks in which my wife joins me.
