This letter clearly follows 2110-5-4-1, so one of the suggested dates (1928?, 1929?) must be wrong. Miss Bradstreet bought the book (publ. 1928) in Nice, most likely in summer - she had retired to San Remo for the winter, so February 1928 seems an unlikely date for these letters. '1929?' was probably meant here, as in 2110-5-4-1.
Caroline A Bradstreet was 2 years old in 1851 (census), so around 80 in 1929, which fits with her being 'an old lady between 70 and 80'. She died around 1938, still at the Florence address.
