I have no shadow of doubt but I may be forgiven for being even more interested in your Benchership of the Middle Temple. I am so very glad that we are fellow Benchers of that Inn by which we were called to the Bar together on that evening.

Please give our love to 'Her Grace' as since Holyrood I always feel inclined to call her. I do hope that you will manage to bring her to Church and lunch at the Bench on at least one Sunday before you go to Canada.
