Re - Case of F. A. Alexander
Plead guilty - accused
gave us reason why he
should no receive the
maximum penalty
provided in the penal
code.

Sentence - the accused
shall have cancelled for
the remaining college
year all his privileges as a
member of the A. M. S.
This shall include forbidding
him to attend university
functions or those held by
societies of the university
and to take part as a
representative of the
university on the intercollegite
teams and by taking part
as an officer of any university
body.
He shall post a bond of
$10.00 to keep the peace until
the end of the college year.
