The Council
advise that the
necessary authority be
given for the creation of
the Offices within mentioned, at a
Cost not Exceeding £10. 4. 0 St'g. They
further advise that these buildings should not
be ^ made fixtures - but removable at the expiration of
the lease of the premises - a cause at which
the proprietor has signified his acquiescence [?] [countenance?].[not acquiescence]
