Summary: Eliza Hill and Patrick Harbinson were married on December 17, 1853. They were residents of Shelbyville, Kentucky and had no children together. Patrick (107 USCI, Co. H) was enrolled on August 30, 1864, and mustered on September 1, 1865, at Louisville, Kentucky. Patrick died on May 20, 1865, of diarrhea. CMSR that matches is found under "Patrick Hobson". Harbinson could easily sound like Hobson since the slaves couldn't provide the exact spelling. I'm assuming this may be the correct Patrick. The widow, Eliza, lived in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Affidavit from Eliza Harbinson on page 13.
