Summary: Cover page stating the Milly Fausett is the widow of Thomas Fausett, a Corporal in Company I 108th Regiment USCT. Pension is through the Louisville Agency with a payment of $8 per month commencing on 22 August 1865 and an additional $2 per child per month commencing on 25 July 1866. One child listed, Thomas A. who appears to be over sixteen years of age on 21 December 1880. (year is unclear) The certificate is dated 12 February 1869.
