Summary: Pensioner was Sanford’s Widow, Catharine (Standard) Baker, who lived in Trigg County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Sanford served in the 8th USCHA, Co. F and died in Paducah, Kentucky during July of 1864 from Rubeola (Measles.) Sanford had no children. No depositions in this file but two witnesses, Solomon Standard and Kir Baker appeared on behalf of Catharine's claim.
