Summary: Pensioner was Robert’s Daughter, Mary Robert Thurman, who lived in Green County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Robert served in the 107 USCI, Co. D and died in Morehead City, North Carolina, during July of 1865 from Disease. Robert had only one child: Mary Robert Thurman (1863). Pension file for his Mother, Phoebe Thurman, is very short. Phoebe died on March 11, 1869. Guardian: John Johnson.
