Summary: Pensioner was Parker’s Widow, Sylvia Murray, who lived in Woodford County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Parker served in the 12 USCHA, Co. K and died in Bowling Green, Kentucky, during April of 1865 from Congestive Fever. Parker had no children. Affidavit from Syliva Murray on pages 9-10.
