Summary: Pensioner was John’s Widow, Harriet Wagoner, who lived in Gallatin County, Illinois, at the time of filing. John served in the 8th USCHA, Co. H and died in Paducah, Kentucky during February of 1865 from Chronic Diarrhea. John had three children; Julia Ann (1858), Philip W. (1860), & Martha A. (1862).
