Summary: Pensioner was Richard’s Widow, Alsey Worsham, who lived in Henderson County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Richard served in the 6 USCC, Co. G and died in Lexington, Kentucky, during October of 1865 from Pneumonia. Richard had no living children at the time this pension claim began.
