to the Restigouche Salmon Acct.
to Expire in Decemb 1889.

If I am informed correctly,
and I think I am by the
Club and by your [Late?]
[Commissioner?] Mr. Lynch, no
Lease was either offered,
or made to the Club for
the frontage w/ the Clark
lands: - This I think
you will find to be the case
on referring to your records,
